...my tenure at the Ministry is almost up. What I mean to say is- I signed an agreement with the Indian Ministry to work at my post for a year in payment for taking the NEWT-equivalents; that year is almost concluded. I can take another job now, if I'd like.

Why shouldn't you feel proud? Regardless of what you ultimately decide to do, your acceptance alone speaks volumes. It means that masters in the field of charms recognise your talent and potential. Why, I'm almost jealous, Mike.
