I was not suggesting simply filing an appeal and spending the next several weeks sipping mai tais whilst waiting for a decision. You could file an appeal in the dismal hope that perhaps it will stall the Ministry's annexation of the property long enough for Bellissima to be completed.

Oi, that reminds me, I've a contract with Iggy and the Ashwinders but they'd a few special requests as far as the venue goes.
