IO to Pansy Only

Are you busy after History of Magic?

This wouldn't be the result of the current subtraction of points from Slytherin's hourglass, would it? At least you're keeping busy.

I was trying to avoid what I thought was the inevitable, but that's all well and done now. I've come to realise that it is much easier to appreciate the sky when you are standing beneath it rather than staring at it through a window.

I just happen to like your smile is all. Is there something wrong with wanting to see you smile? If there is, I should see Pomfrey then about it. Perhaps something in my head is off.

Yes, Professor Weasley subtracted 50 points from me in three days!! He said the most horribly rude things to me.

That's very poetic of you. Do you often write poetry?

No, I suppose I shouldn't be surprised that one should like my smile. I do have a nice smile. As do you. Don't waste Pomfrey's time.

50 points? Busy now seems to be an understatement. What have you been doing that would cause him to take so many points? And what rude things has he been saying?

That's about as poetic as I get, I'm afraid. Unless the occasional crude limeric counts for something.

Modesty does not seem to exist in your vocabulary. Not as it should, as you are absolutely correct. And of course I have a nice smile. That we've already covered.

Why don't I tell you in person. I fear I'll lose more points if I'm caught using my firelog.

I'd be interested in your occasional crude limeric, I think.

Why should I be modest?

Fair enough.

You would? I shall have to do my best to please, won't I? After class, though. I wouldn't want to disrupt the monotony of Binn's lecture.

You shouldn't. Your level of self-confidence is a rarity. It's part of your intrigue, to be honest.

He said...!! He said that my tongue was sharp enough to shave with and that my words were like poisoned honey. And then he goes on to say that I'm the one being disrespectful. The irony of it all. Completely ridiculous.

I am taking notes, of course. Binn does like to go on and on about Goblin Rebellion's, but I find it all very interesting.

Only part? I do wonder what the rest is.
