IO to Padma, Tony, and Pansy ONLY

Padma? Where've you gone off to? You're missing a first-rate orgy up here.

[identity profile] http://users.livejournal.com/mike_corner_/ 2006-01-17 07:24 am (UTC)(link)
Red's one of my favourite colours, did you know that?

[identity profile] ms-pansy.livejournal.com 2006-01-17 07:28 am (UTC)(link)
Of course I did, Michael. How could I not?

[identity profile] http://users.livejournal.com/mike_corner_/ 2006-01-17 07:34 am (UTC)(link)
You know, I think red's one of Padma's favourites too.

You going to put that little number back on before Padma gets up here? She might get a thrill out of it, yeah.

[identity profile] ms-pansy.livejournal.com 2006-01-17 07:35 am (UTC)(link)
Oh, of course. Sorry.

How could I forget that red is Padma's favourite colour too?

[identity profile] http://users.livejournal.com/mike_corner_/ 2006-01-17 07:40 am (UTC)(link)
Don't know how that's ruddy possible. I'm almost disappointed.

[identity profile] ms-pansy.livejournal.com 2006-01-17 07:44 am (UTC)(link)
Almost? You break my heart, Michael. All the trouble I go to for you!

[identity profile] http://users.livejournal.com/mike_corner_/ 2006-01-17 07:46 am (UTC)(link)
Oi! Why do you think I said almost?

[identity profile] ms-pansy.livejournal.com 2006-01-17 07:48 am (UTC)(link)
You're sparing my feelings, are you?

Now, which card should I get rid of? I don't want Anthony to win.

[identity profile] http://users.livejournal.com/mike_corner_/ 2006-01-17 07:55 am (UTC)(link)
Since when have I ever spared your feelings, Pansy?

If you've anything less than a jack, I'd toss that in.

[identity profile] ms-pansy.livejournal.com 2006-01-17 07:57 am (UTC)(link)
You did a few times, actually. It was lovely. I think you were having a few off days at the time though.

A jack? Hm.

[identity profile] http://users.livejournal.com/mike_corner_/ 2006-01-17 08:13 am (UTC)(link)
I did? Bloody hell, I don't remember that. You sure you weren't the one having the off days?

Catch that slight grimace of his? Means he has a shite hand. Raise him whilst you can.

[identity profile] http://users.livejournal.com/_anthony_g/ 2006-01-17 07:57 am (UTC)(link)
Oi, you could have the decency to try to hide this from me, at least.

[identity profile] ms-pansy.livejournal.com 2006-01-17 08:01 am (UTC)(link)
Where's the fun in that?

As a caring boyfriend, you should want me to do well in my first game of cards.

[identity profile] http://users.livejournal.com/_anthony_g/ 2006-01-17 08:11 am (UTC)(link)
You're not swaying me with that picture.

As a caring boyfriend, I'm not losing to my own girlfriend. Especially not on her first game of cards, Pansy.

[identity profile] ms-pansy.livejournal.com 2006-01-17 08:16 am (UTC)(link)
Not even a little?

Do we have confidence issues that we need to talk about?

Purple is my favourite colour, actually. Though I should feel more of an affinity to blue- Ravenclaw pride, of course.

Red means something very- specific in my culture.

[identity profile] ms-pansy.livejournal.com 2006-01-17 07:48 am (UTC)(link)
Padma? Wear purple and get up here then.

[identity profile] http://users.livejournal.com/_patil_padma/ 2006-01-17 08:06 am (UTC)(link)
You are a wonderful boyfriend, Mike.

Marriage.

[identity profile] http://users.livejournal.com/mike_corner_/ 2006-01-17 08:20 am (UTC)(link)
I try my best, yeah. You're pretty amazing yourself there.

Is that universally? I mean, it doesn't always mean marriage, does it? You wore red that one time, when you danced, and it didn't mean the same in that instance, did it? What does white mean then?

[identity profile] http://users.livejournal.com/_patil_padma/ 2006-01-17 08:35 am (UTC)(link)
I reckon we're- both amazing, then.

...no, it doesn't always mean- marriage. The colours also symbolise- the same as they do here, I believe, white for purity, and red for- passion. It's just- yes, an Indian wedding garment is usually red, as is the Mehendi dye a- bride applies to herself.

Mike... Merlin. I just- hope you know that I'm- definitely not trying to push you into anything for which- you are not ready, or not interested- or whatever. I love you so much.

[identity profile] http://users.livejournal.com/mike_corner_/ 2006-01-17 09:00 am (UTC)(link)
Brilliant for us finding each other, yeah?

Alright then. So that's a way of hoping passion stays infused in the marriage then?

I know. I didn't say I wasn't interested, Padma. Besides, we haven't talked about it or anything anyroad, so I don't see why there'd be any reason for me to think you were pushing me into anything. I love you too.

[identity profile] http://users.livejournal.com/_patil_padma/ 2006-01-17 09:17 am (UTC)(link)
Brilliant that we finally took the chance to- be together.

I- reckon so, yeah. Passion is very important to marriage, Mr Corner.

...Mike? Are you saying you- might be interested? Someday... in our future together?

[identity profile] http://users.livejournal.com/mike_corner_/ 2006-01-17 09:26 am (UTC)(link)
We deserve medals, you know. And a bloody parade.

I'd hope so. Be rather dull without it, don't you think?

I'm saying nothing's ever out of the running, Padma. Are you saying that?
